Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post.

Please contact us via sales@easyrelieftool.com.au or +61 (0) 498 675 067 to arrange alternate shipping or shipping to countries the web site cannot calculate for (see below). We will attempt to organise the cheapest/most appropriate shipping for your needs.

International shipping will include 'Signature on Delivery'.

Where charged, shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
